1. Are the lenses original and new?
Yes, all our products are 100% original , brand new, and come with an official manufacturer's warranty . We do not sell replicas or refurbished products.
2. Do they have a warranty?
Yes. All of our lenses include a warranty against manufacturing defects , valid for the period indicated on each product and by the manufacturer.
3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days , depending on your location. Order processing time is 2 to 3 business days before shipping.
4. Do you ship to all of Mexico and other countries?
Yes, we ship to all countries using reliable and secure shipping services.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Oxxo, 7Eleven, and Mercado Pago. All payments are processed securely.
6. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns within the first 7 calendar days of delivery, as long as the product is in its original packaging and shows no signs of use. This does not apply to sale items.
