Preparation time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Delivery time
Once the order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days , depending on the workload of the parcel service, the customer's location and available routes.
In order to offer free shipping , we use standard non-priority courier services, which may affect transit time compared to express or premium shipping.
Shipping scope
We ship to countries and areas covered by our courier companies. Delivery availability may vary by region.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
Delivery delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed . They may be affected by external factors beyond the control of Lentes-Smart.com, such as:
- Package saturation or workload
- Climatic conditions
- Holidays
- Customs processes
- Logistical incidents
Lentes-Smart.com is not responsible for delays resulting from these causes.
Customs and taxes (international shipments)
For international orders:
- Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees or handling charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If the customer rejects the package due to these charges, the order will not be refundable .
- If customs holds the shipment due to incorrect data provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
Delivery not made due to causes attributable to the customer
In the event that the courier cannot make the delivery due to:
- absence of the recipient,
- incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer,
- impossibility of contact,
- refusal to receive the order,
Delivery attempts will be made as many times as the courier company allows.
If after these attempts the order cannot be delivered and is held, returned or placed in safekeeping by the courier, the customer may request:

Rescheduling the shipment , covering the additional costs generated by the new delivery attempt, or

Product refund , minus shipping costs and return logistics costs charged by the courier.
The refund, if applicable, will be processed once the product has been returned or confirmed in safekeeping, and the time for the amount to be reflected may take up to 30 calendar days , depending on the banking institution or payment method.
Ownership and risk
Once the order is handed over to the transport company, the risk to the product passes to the customer , becoming subject to the policies and operation of the parcel service.
Responsibility for shipping data
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and verifiable address . Lentes-Smart.com is not responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect information entered at the time of purchase.
