SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping scope
We ship throughout Mexico. Delivery availability may vary depending on the region.
Preparation time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Delivery time, free shipping, premium shipping.
We offer free standard shipping with Estafeta or a similar carrier and premium shipping with DHL or a similar carrier. Delivery time is 3 to 10 business days, depending on the courier's workload, the customer's location, available routes, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
Orders paid with Mercado Pago
Orders paid through Mercado Pago may take up to 2 days to be confirmed in the system. The order will not be shipped until confirmation is received in our systems.
Delivery delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may be affected by external factors beyond the control of Lentes-Smart.com, such as:
Package saturation or workload
Climatic conditions
Holidays
Logistical incidents
Lentes-Smart.com is not responsible for delays resulting from these causes.
Delivery not made due to causes attributable to the customer
In the event that the courier cannot make the delivery due to:
Absence of recipient
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Inability to contact
Refusal to receive the order
Delivery attempts will be made as many times as the courier company allows.
If after these attempts the order cannot be delivered and is held, returned or placed in safekeeping by the courier, the customer may request:
Rescheduling the shipment, covering the additional costs generated by the new delivery attempt, or
Product refund, minus shipping costs and return logistics costs charged by the courier.
The refund, if applicable, will be processed once the product has been returned or confirmed in safekeeping, and the time for the amount to be reflected may take up to 30 calendar days, depending on the banking institution or payment method.
Ownership and responsibility for transport
Once the order is handed over to the courier company, Lentes-Smart.com fulfills its obligation to ship the product.
The customer accepts that transport and delivery are carried out by external logistics companies, so any incident arising from the transport process must be managed in accordance with the procedures and policies of the corresponding courier company.
Responsibility for shipping data
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and verifiable address. Lentes-Smart.com is not responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect information entered at the time of purchase.
