Battery Life and Operating Temperature

The published battery life corresponds to normal use conditions and may vary significantly depending on the functions used, device configuration, audio volume, intensity of use, active connectivity, data transmission, video recording, use of artificial intelligence, and environmental conditions.

The autonomy estimates indicated on the website represent maximum values obtained under certain test conditions and do not constitute a guarantee of exact duration for all users or usage scenarios.

The use of high energy consumption functions, including video recording, continuous wireless transmission, prolonged multimedia playback, or artificial intelligence tools, will naturally reduce the available autonomy.

Warranty Scope

The warranty exclusively covers proven manufacturing defects for a period of 30 calendar days from the delivery date registered by the courier company. After this period, the warranty becomes void and no claim for failures, deterioration, or malfunction of the product will be accepted.

Warranty Process

To claim the warranty, the customer must notify the fault in writing to info@lentes-smart.com within the valid period, attaching photographs of the product, a detailed description of the defect, and proof of purchase. No product will be received without prior authorization from Lentes-Smart.com.

Shipping costs to our facilities are initially borne by the customer. All products received for alleged defects will be unpacked via recorded video as official proof of their physical condition upon receipt, with said video constituting valid evidence in any subsequent dispute or claim.

Resolution

Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed by our technical team, the customer can choose between:

If no manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be returned to the customer. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and previously paid costs will not be reimbursed.

Refund Method

Causes that Void the Warranty

The warranty will not apply in any of the following cases:
